The annual Pizza and ice cream social is happening

on the 20th of July (Saturday) At the Idaho Pizza company located at 5150 Overland Rd., Boise. 

The all you can eat pizza buffet begins at 11:00am and ends at 2pm Society members and their families are welcome to attend and eat as much pizza as they want. If you are not a member you can join at the door.

Also the ISP t-shirt design will be voted on and selected. Which means if you'd like your design considered,  we  need  it submitted by the 18th of July. Send graphics to Leif406@gmail.com. Oh, yes please limit your designs to no more than 3 colors.

The themes this year include the anticipated Nova of a star in the constellation Corona Borealis, presented by our own Dr. Irwin Horowitz. Dr. Frank Marchis of SETI and  developer of the Unistellar lines of fully automated telescopes, will be joining us to talk about SETI and the use of advanced telescopes  in the pursuit of SETIs goals. These are the guest speakers and their respective subjects,at the Idaho Star Party, t-shirt designs ,aligned with these subjects would be appreciated but are not required. The winning designer will receive at least, a free t-shirt.

We will be holding the July board meeting after the pizza feed. Club members are welcome to stay for this event if they wish.
